Year Round Maintenance

Includes weekly cutting, trimming also known as weed whacking, clean up and removal of clippings from driveway, walkway, and porch area. Bagging of yard available at an additional charge. Biweekly edging of drive and walks. Weather Permitting, we begin grass cutting in April and end second week of November.

 Includes a general yard cleanup of leaves, removal of branches and debris from landscape beds and grass area. Cutting back of all perennials as needed, perennials like mums and coneflowers etc. are better off being pruned in spring just before new growth comes in for optimal appearance. 

  Keeping your lawn green will never be easier! Turn on of the system in the Spring and winterization in the Fall includes inspections of whole system and adjusting of clock and heads. We also offer installation of new systems and repairs and replacement of  irrigation parts when necessary.

Another great addition to keep your lawn looking green and healthy is lawn fertilization. This helps for crabgrass, dandelions and broadleaf weed control. It is applied from about April to November.

 Aeration involves perforating the soil with small holes to allow air, water and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots. This helps the roots grow deeply and produce a stronger, more vigorous lawn 

 Thatch is a layer of living and dead grass shoots, stems, and roots that forms between the green grass blades and the soil surface. Dethatching removes this thick layer of decaying plant material so air, water, nutrients, and fertilizer can reach the soil better, plus your lawn can drain more effectively.  

Trimming of shrubs is highly recommended to maintain the overall appearance of your shrubs looking great, usually done twice a year

 in June and August.

 Recommend monthly maintenance visits from May- September to maintain optimal appearance of the property by performing general clean-up of all lawn and landscape beds, pruning and weeding. 

Includes a general clean-up of leaves and branches from all parking areas, landscape beds and grass area. Removal of annual flowers, cutting back of perennials, some perennials like hostas, peonies, and daylilies need to be pruned in fall to avoid winter damage. Gutter cleaning at an extra charge, and upon request. 

 Includes covering bushes and shrubs to shield them from the harsh winter months.
